Concealed Coalition’s Ladies Only Concealed Carry Certification class provides a supportive and empowering environment for women to learn about firearms safety, handling, and marksmanship. This class is specifically designed for ladies, creating a comfortable and supportive atmosphere where participants can learn at their own pace without feeling intimidated or judged. 

In class you’ll learn: 

Basic Firearm Safety - The class begins with a comprehensive overview of firearms safety principles, including how to safely handle, load, unload, and store firearms. Emphasis is placed on developing a mindset of safety and responsibility when interacting with firearms. 

Fundamental Skills - Participants receive classroom instruction in fundamental shooting skills, such as grip, stance, sight alignment, and trigger control. Students may complete their shooting portion on day one or at a later time. The shooting portion is a proficiency test, not a handgun training class. You must know how to load, unload, clear malfunctions and operate your handgun in a safe and proficient manner to pass.

Legal and Ethical Considerations - Participants receive information about the legal and ethical aspects of using firearms for self-defense, including when and how the use of deadly force may be justified. Our instructors provide guidance on understanding relevant laws and regulations governing firearm ownership and use. 

Community and Support - In addition to firearms training, our ladies-only classes often provide opportunities for networking and building connections with other women who share an interest in firearms. Participants can join a community of like-minded individuals who offer support and encouragement on their journey as responsible gun owners.

The range requirements for the proficiency test segment of this class will be discussed during the course.
